Bella Swan has always been a little bit different, never caring about fitting in with the trendy girls at her Phoenix high school. This documentary, shot over 23 years, follows his moving journey as an immigrant, their experiences adjusting to America, and the lingering ghosts of war. Veteran cinematographer Ellen Kuras (ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND, SUMMER OF SAM) co-directs this emotional story with Thavisouk, who also narrates.
